What's the name of that horror film that came out this year...?

I remember seeing the trailer some time this year it's a mixture of
Spanish and English in the movie. I think it may have been done in 1
continuous take or something like that. I'm pretty sure it has the
word "House" in the title. I wanted to see it so I'm wondering if it
came out yet, but can't remember the title.
