Help with a song name?

I don't have too many of the lyrics, which is prolly why I can't find
it...But anyways,
I went to church today and we had a freedom themed service. There were
several songs played, but one really stood out. I tried to remember
the lyrics, but all I have for sure is, "We remember who we are." I
know earlier in the song it talked about the younger generation and
kids, and it's about freedom in Christ. It was really upbeat.

I know it's not too much information, if you have any guesses that
works too. Thanks :)
